Besides, week nights are not late night affairs and an unsuccessful date can be gently brought to an end. Therefore a dinner after work may be a good thing to wind up the day. All you need to do is just be yourself and go with the flow. You are not competing with some other glamorous occasion the girl could have attended so you are quite far away form facing any trouble.

Experience says that dating in the middle of the week also opens up the possibilities of more dates in a shorter amount of time and successful dates can be prolonged by now having them on weekends.

What if the girl says no to you?
All you need to do is be flexible with your arrangements. If a particular date or time does not suit the girl then be prepared to give her a choice of dates and locations. Also try to understand when she has reasons for doing other things and not choose to come with you. Most of the times when someone says no for a date, you automatically assume you are being given an excuse and that the truth lies elsewhere. This can prove to be a wrong habit. It is important for you to let her know that you are interested in her and that you don’t mind changing your plans because you care about what suits her and what not. The most imperative thing to be kept in mind here is the impression of you being too available because this may come across that you are uninteresting, or even worse, desperate.
