Importance of Fights in a Relationship

Fighting is an essential part of a relationship. Conflicts are a way to let the couples know that the spark in their relationship is still flying between them. However, many couples try to avoid fighting as they think that this may pose threat to the mere existence of their relationship. This is because they don’t know that fight is actually the fire that keeps the relationship alive.
Fight becomes important in a relationship since it keeps the couples bonded. Conflicts that have positive outcome make the couples think about each other a great deal. This makes them feel that they can’t really make it to live without each other.
While there are many couples who love power struggles. They simply love winning and feeling power over the other which makes them feel strong.
However, you should know that fighting can easily get into your habit. If fighting becomes a daily, scene, this may also prevent the real communication. A fight may cause a situation to remain stuck rather than addressing the issue.
Hence, the conflicts should be constructive. The couples should focus on solving the problem rather than blaming each other.
