Having gotten the girl to say yes for the first date is only the first step, the next major issue is where to take them or what to do on the first date.
You can go for the general stuff like movies, dinner or drinks, but to make a spectacular impression try something different:
Instead of just dinner try taking her to diner at a comedy theater. This lessens the first date awkwardness.
Have a fun date i.e. take her bowling or to miniature golfing or even an amusement park. This eliminates the need to talk through the initial awkward stage.
Go for a hike nearby with a coffee afterwards. This will definitely relax you both.
During wintertime go for skiing, ice skating, or driving around looking at the holiday lights. This will get her into the romance mood fast.
If you are both book lovers meet at the book store for the first date you can talk and browse about book for hours.
Go to the zoo or aquarium or an aviary or public gardens. This is a great idea if your date is the shy type.
Take a walk together on the beach or the park or at any popular walking sites in your city. This will give you time to talk without pressure.
If you are good at it try dancing, at a popular spot. This gives you opportunity for some initial intimate touching but don’t get to carried away.
If you both are the outdoors type go for an afternoon picnic. The relaxed and casual surroundings are a great place to get to know each other.
