It is not a bad thing to have inhibitions or feel fearful of things you are new to. Even the strongest man you are seeing right now once felt the same inhibitions as you are feeling right now. So just relax before you get into thinking that you are made that way and that nothing good can possibly happen with you.
Okay let me tell you my reason to initiating this topic among you. I have often seen that many men feel a tad too shy to walk to a girl they like and ask her if she’ll be their lady. Times passes by, they see other men asking their love out for a date and even happily married to them. But they stay where they are, too hesitant to ask because of the fear being turned down.
You know, friends, feeling fearful is not an issue, it is how you deal with it becomes a real question. It’s okay if you are a little less handsome than the guy proposing the girl you like. Any sensible woman does not marry or fall in love with the looks of a man;
She falls in love with the confidence and the air a person carries about himself. She falls in love with the heart of a man and how gracefully he charms her into liking him. I am not asking you fake yourself and boost your ego. No! I’m only trying to help you understand that no matter where you are in life or what hardships you are confronting or how much ever insurmountable the task may seem, you must force yourself to take action. None of us are born courageous or genetically gifted with high intelligence. Even the most fearful of people can over a period of time develop real courage. And like I say, merely acting strong can lead to the development of real strength.
So don’t be depressed and if you really don’t want to lose out on life, then be a man and just ask her at least once. To a maximum she will deny you or even worse make fun of you. That’s her shallowness, not yours! But after doing this, you’ll be confident of the fact that you tried and can now move on happily without any doubts in your heart. On the contrary, you never know your act might just as well impress her and before you can even believe what’s going on, you’ll find your self dating her.
But life will reveal to you its treasures only when you thinking it is worth the try and go for it!
