It is a fact that the present day women are in better paying jobs whereas it was women hardly worked in earlier days. Most of them either worked on a cash register or a typewriter. So, from the social point of view, women have changed. The society has changed its outlook about the ability of women. Let it be military or the teaching profession, women are flourishing everywhere. 

But when it comes to dating and sexuality, women have not changed. After a lot of observations, I may say that the personality and lifestyle of women are still unchanged. They are in fact, liberalist. Nothing has changed. Men pick up the dinner bills just as they did fifty years ago. Sex is easily obtainable as it was during those days. When it comes to dating, women in the present date are replica of the women of the fifties. The only change in women is that they are no more in fear of becoming pregnant. The credit goes to better birth control methods today.
