I never had been on a blind date. My friends told me that luck plays a crucial role on a blind date. According to them, if it is your day, the blind date will be the finest date of your life and if luck doesn’t shine on you, your blind date will be a disaster. Well, I don’t fully believe in the luck factor on a blind date. After all, it is a date! Now many of you may be in the dark about blind date. Read on and know what exactly blind date is.
Blind dates are generally set up by close friends. Your close friends will be sure that two of you are ideal for each other though they may not be 100% sure. So I suggest you to decide how much sensible your friends are, about your blind date.
I have seen a lot of blind dates having a bitter end because the friends are mistaken. Two persons who work well on paper can be a huge mismatch in person. So, when you agree to date someone you are going to meet for the first time, be sure that you have already felt some sort of chemistry.
Close friends often try to read your mind. And when they figure out that you are single (but like to mingle), they will try their best find a match for you on blind dates. If you have given them a chance to set up a blind date for you, don’t forget to provide them a few rules to go by, an outline about what you wish a blind date to be. If you give them the outline, they may set you up with someone you will have interest in.
We laugh out loudly when we watch blind dates going wrong in the movies. But, in real life, we won’t like to screw up even the last date. So why to take a chance on the very first date, that too a blind date?
